According to experts, this uptick is not just alarming, but also puts a light on the importance of awareness, early intervention, and lifestyle changes that are needed to control and avoid this painful condition.

- Following a diet full of fresh and whole foods and avoiding processed and junk meals
- Doing low-impact exercise regularly
