Just before the festive season, before we start exchanging gifts and sweets, a new healthy substitute for all your indulgences has stolen the spotlight. Pecans - a nutrition powerhouse which is loaded with vitamins and minerals is a special nut from a species of hickory tree. To make people enjoy the benefits of this nut as they indulge in the festive season, American Pecans has partnered with Hyatt Group for their exclusive festive menu at "The Indulgent American Pecans Festival." It is currently being carried out at Lobby Lounge (Grand Hyatt Mumbai), Soul Pantry (Andaz, Delhi), and Tinello (Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad), until November 15, 2024.
The unique menu, which includes some of the most delicious delicacies, has been curated by renowned nutritionist, author, and columnist Kavita Devgan. "This menu is a combination of health and indulgence, and effortlessly celebrates this (otherwise) difficult marriage," she explained.
The menu included pecan dips with breads and crackers. This was further accompanied by pecan flatbread, toasted pecan smoothies, pecan-related desserts, and much more.
